RTI Cares is a committee that provides opportunities to strengthen the communities where we live and work. By partnering with charitable organizations worldwide, we are working to address the important needs of others. Reaching out is both an individual employee activity as well as an organizational effort at RTI. We organize our resources - including monetary and product donations, event sponsorships, and volunteerism - to create relief for some of life's challenges.

The Polar Bear Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Minnesota is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations and businesses to support Special Olympics athletes by jumping into frigid Minnesota waters. On March 1st , RTI employees will be freezin' for a reason by plunging into Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis, MN .
